The annual meeting of the members of the Ypsilanti Otters Swim Club will be held at the pool hallway of the Ypsilanti Community Schools Willow Run Complex at 235 Spencer Lane, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48198, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. EDT

A parent/guardian from each family involved in the Otters are encouraged to attend.  We will be voting to elect members to the Board of Directors and there will be a brief state of club by the President. If you are unable to attend. Please print the attached proxy form, and give it to another family that is able to attend.  We will also have copies available in the pool office starting next week.
